The individual being ‘worshipped’ in a sense that the daily lives and environment of one is being gifted to the self, the altar, that an external body engulfs one. The individual themselves are vessels who worship themselves with also vessels of experiences, materials, social lives and many other factors shaping the mental and physical self. In exploration, the idea of casting objects is aimed at transforming negative space into a positive objects, to make use of the pseudo body to coat vessels, bodies of daily life that we feed ourselves, to fulfill our desires.

“Kneel to you who is your altar,

you amidst the all of you,

trying to keep yourself true.

You are taken beyond the vessel that will engulf you,

Taken back to what has made you,

And then you, are you, are you.”
