"From the days of You and I" is a conversation between 'You' 'Me 'I' within the body where the scratching happens within the subconscious self. Scratching is a cathartic act of aggression where 'You' and 'I' are unable to contain the struggles and pain of oneself. It is within the act of being another within the reflected self that changes the notion of the subconscious body.
